Job Description

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure timely manufacturing of pharmaceutical productsin compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements set by agencies such as FDA, and local healthauthorities.Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, supply chain, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet output targets and minimize downtime.Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Maintain accurate production documentation and batch manufacturing records (BMRs).Participate in audits and inspections, addressing any compliance or quality issues proactively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, equipment utilization, and team performance..To ensure all CGMP requirements for manufacturing and packing activity
