Senior Officer - Maintenance

The position holder will be responsible for the smooth functioning of machines & utilities in the company like DG sets, air compressor, cooling towers, chillers, stacker, forklift, etc. You will be involved in effective planning of erecting, installation & commissioning of new machines / projects to improve their efficiency. Your role will also include all kinds of preventive and routine maintenance of machines & utility, handling energy-saving projects, working on spare & consumable cost-saving projects, and being responsible for new Kaizen ideas related to machine & maintenance. You are expected to possess excellent supervisory & interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, good leadership qualities, and effective communication skills. Education Qualification: - Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics. Experience: - 7 to 8 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance. Knowledge of ISO 50001 is an additional advantage.
