Senior Officer - Maintenance

Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of Machines & Utilities in the company, such as DG sets, air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, stackers, forklifts, etc. You will be responsible for effective planning, erecting, installation, and commissioning of new machines/projects, as well as improving machine efficiency through preventive and routine maintenance. You will also work on energy-saving projects, spare and consumable cost-saving projects, and drive new Kaizen ideas related to machines and maintenance. As part of your responsibilities, you are expected to possess excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, good leadership qualities, and strong communication skills.
