Senior Officer - Maintenance

As a Senior Officer - Maintenance at Bunge, your role involves carrying out planned or unplanned maintenance and repair activities on various Maintenance systems of the plant. Your main accountabilities will include: - Checking routine shift work and completing any pending maintenance tasks - Performing Routine, Breakdown, and Preventive Maintenance of all plant-related Machines and equipment - Physically inspecting pumps, valves, rotary equipment, etc., to ensure proper functioning of the plant and utilities - Attending troubleshooting or leakage problems in the plant and providing alternate solutions for restarting the plant quickly in case of any breakdown - Ensuring proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during Maintenance - Strictly implementing safety guidelines and following global SHE requirements - Guiding and training employees to ensure the implementation of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) system - Providing active support for critical items work permit system, accident/incident reporting, safety training, and helping the organization meet SHE targets - Properly taking over and handing over charge during the start and end of shifts while maintaining a Logbook In terms of Knowledge and Skills, you should have expertise in: Behavior: - Technical knowledge of Pumps, Valves, Machines, Rotary equipment, Motors, Grinding Machines, Drilling Machines, Welding Machines, Cutting Machines, Lathe Machines, Hydraulic Press, Alfa Level Separator Tools, and proper use of other maintenance tools and tackles Education & Experience: - ITI (Fitter/MMCP/Turner) qualification - 3-4 years of relevant experience Bunge, a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients, is committed to creating sustainable products and opportunities for farmers and consumers worldwide.
