Senior Officer - HR

Role Overview: As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms and advertising job openings on multiple channels. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events. Additionally, you will conduct reference checks for prospective hires and manage the onboarding process, including handling joining formalities.
