Senior Officer - HR

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Executive with 2-6 years of experience in the pharma, clinical research, or life sciences industry. As the ideal candidate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the HR department in executing its key functions. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR processes, including recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, handling day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, implementing engagement programs, managing HRIS systems, providing grievance handling support, and ensuring policy adherence. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-6 years of experience in HR operations within the specified industries. Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance is crucial, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills are also essential. Preferred skills include familiarity with industry-specific HR challenges in life sciences, pharma, or clinical research, as well as experience in handling HR processes for regulated environments. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the work location being in person.
