As an Intern at eVision, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment, HR operations, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, and grievance management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for all levels of management as part of the recruitment process. In HR operations, you will be involved in the onboarding process, conducting induction sessions, preparing letters, and managing the appraisal process. Additionally, you will ensure the implementation of a leave management system for the concierge team and other departments to effectively manage attendance and leave. As part of employee engagement initiatives, you will be responsible for planning and executing activities such as birthday parties, weekend events, festival celebrations, and more to foster a positive work environment. Moreover, you will handle employee grievances and ensure they are addressed and resolved effectively.
