Job Description

Star Bucks is looking for Senior Officer - Facilities to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Facility Maintenance:Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections for all facilities
Security Management:Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the premises, assets, and personnel
Collaborate with security vendors and monitor surveillance systems
Space Planning:Manage the allocation and optimization of office space based on organizational needs
Coordinate office moves, renovations, and space reconfigurations
Vendor Management:Source, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Ensure vendors adhere to agreed-upon service levels and standards
Health and Safety Compliance:Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions
Utilities Management:Oversee the management of utilities, including electricity, water, and other essential services
Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs
Emergency Response:Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management protocols
Conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness
Budget Oversight:Assist in the preparation of facility-related budgets and manage expenses within approved budgets
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
