Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve issues promptly
Support office moves, seating arrangements, and workspace setup
Handle employee admin requests related to facilities and infrastructure
Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
Liaise with vendors, negotiate service contracts, and ensure SLA compliance
Process invoices, maintain records, and support cost control initiatives
Track and renew vendor contracts and service agreements
Maintain facility-related documentation, logs, and reports
Support compliance with statutory, safety, and audit requirements
Coordinate with HR and Finance for admin and facility-related matters
