Senior Officer - Engineering (GMP Co- Ordinator)

• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all engineering activities.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues proptly to avoid downtime.
• Maintain and service generators, lighting systems, and electrical setups. Replace faulty components as needed.
• Conduct HVAC validation and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Carry out electrical repairs, including installation and replacement of switches, wiring, and fixtures.
• Work towards continuous improvement in mechanical and electrical systems to meet quality standards.
• Support the production team on technical issues related to equipment and processes.
• Attend breakdowns and perform shutdown maintenance with minimal impact on production.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Allocate tasks to electricians and fitters as per work requirements.
• Operate and update records in DMS, TMS, and QAMS systems as authorized.

Requirements

• Should be well-versed in documentation and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Good understanding of ICH guidelines and cGMP related to API manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in Quality Management System (QMS) tools and facing regulatory audits.
• Strong skills in documentation and clear communication.
