Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all engineering activities. Ensure documentation and records are maintained as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues proptly to avoid downtime. Maintain and service generators, lighting systems, and electrical setups. Replace faulty components as needed. Conduct HVAC validation and ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical issues. Carry out electrical repairs, including installation and replacement of switches, wiring, and fixtures. Work towards continuous improvement in mechanical and electrical systems to meet quality standards. Support the production team on technical issues related to equipment and processes. Attend breakdowns and perform shutdown maintenance with minimal impact on production. Ensure optimal utilization of resources. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Allocate tasks to electricians and fitters as per work requirements. Operate and update records in DMS, TMS, and QAMS systems as authorized. Requirements Should be well-versed in documentation and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Good understanding of ICH guidelines and cGMP related to API manufacturing. Hands-on experience in Quality Management System (QMS) tools and facing regulatory audits. Strong skills in documentation and clear communication.
