Ensure the customer data accuracy and consistency across the operating system/SOP
Provide actionable insight to field team and management team
Collect and corelate Secondary and primary market updates, dashboard and reports
Support end customer by generating sales trends & trouble shooting.
Time response to generate the reports and inputs from sales team
No of new formats and upgraded version implemented
Reports Output
Project completed in CRM/MIS
Maintaining team training session & schedule
Collection of secondary sales data on monthly basis
Supporting team in digital up gradation
Graduate, A diploma in IT can be added advantage
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & SQL .
Working knowledge of SAP
Effective Communication, Time Management, Collaboration, Self motivated
