Executive Manager (Production Engineering)

Role & responsibilities Lead customer audits by aligning internal stakeholders to meet requirements and ensure zero non-conformities. Ensure smooth new product transition through feasibility checks, PPAP tracking, and coordination as per APQP. Improve quality by driving RCA, standardization, internal rejection analysis, and supplier quality actions. Achieve cost savings by executing cost control initiatives in abrasives, automation, and cycle time reduction. Drive OEE and productivity improvements by identifying gaps and implementing targeted process enhancements. Ensure 100% timely and accurate MIS reporting by collating data from all relevant stakeholders. Conduct Cp, Cpk studies as scheduled and drive action plans to meet capability and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with change management processes for product, process, source, and equipment changes. Lead strategic manufacturing transformation through initiatives like PACE, RACE, and digital implementation. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in the bearing industry will be preferred.
