Job Summary:

Senior Officer - Credit & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • KYC & Document Verification:

    Conduct thorough checks on customer KYC and login documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Document Indexing:

    Organize and index critical documents accurately in the system to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Data Capture:

    Extract and input critical details from customer documents into internal systems with high accuracy.
  • MIS Preparation:

    Compile and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for tracking productivity, exceptions, and overall process efficiency.
  • Administrative Support:

    Handle admin-related activities including coordination with internal teams, logistics for document movement, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Team Handling:

    Lead and manage a team of off-roll employees; ensure adherence to SLAs, provide training and support, monitor performance, and resolve operational challenges.
