Job Description

The primary role of this position is to achieve exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS clients who have an Asset Under Management (AUM) greater than or equal to INR 1 million. This involves utilizing a need-based approach to ensure client coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and up-selling DBS products and services. Key responsibilities include acquiring and upgrading quality clients to the Treasures segment, deepening the wallet share of existing customers, achieving monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives, ensuring activation of e-Channels, implementing product strategies effectively, developing client trust and loyalty, maintaining optimal product mix, driving exemplary customer service, and ensuring internal and regulatory compliance. The duties and responsibilities of this role include managing and growing the AUM of mapped client segments, maintaining knowledge of all products and services, resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, collaborating with colleagues and specialists, ensuring team objectives are met, addressing operational risks, and establishing DBS as a primary banker for clients in India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed bank, proficiency in banking products, in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition, and relevant certifications. A graduate degree is preferred.
