Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing various trade finance transactions, managing current accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures, reconciling nostro accounts, collecting drawdown requests, and liaising with RM/Customer service manager for resolution of client issues. Additionally, you will coordinate with Compliance, regulators, and auditor teams for reporting as required by IFSCA Regulations and respond to Ad-Hoc regulatory demands. Key Responsibilities: - Process various trade finance transactions such as letters of credit, guarantees, Export collections, and documentary credits - Manage processing of current accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account reconciliations - Ensure compliance with KYC and AML procedures - Reconcile nostro accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies - Collect drawdown requests and raise disbursement requests in the system - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications - Verify signatures and ensure document accuracy - Liaise with RM/Customer service manager to resolve client issues in loan processing - Coordinate with Compliance, regulators, and auditor teams for reporting - Respond to Ad-Hoc regulatory demands and act as a single point of support for various functions Qualifications Required: - Excellent client/customer management skills with a business orientation - Capable of handling trade finance and ensuring smooth transitions - Sound experience in Loan operations and syndicated loans - Good understanding of Foreign loans benchmarked under Reference rates like SOFR, ESTR, etc. - Ability to handle customer complaints, inquiries, and queries effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure - Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and compliance - Experience in Gift City operations preferred - Graduate/Post Graduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry Additional Details of the Company: DBS India is committed to fostering a culture where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions count.
