As an Oil and Gas Upstream Consultant at EY, you will be a key player in driving the growth of Business and Technology Consulting services for the Oil & Gas and Renewables sector worldwide. Your expertise in the Energy industry, particularly in Upstream Data Management and/or ESG domains, will be crucial for the success of our initiatives. Here's a breakdown of what will be expected from you: **Role Overview:** You will work closely with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams to develop deep knowledge of the market and industry trends. Your responsibilities will include leading and delivering projects, developing capabilities and offerings relevant to client needs, and driving growth in individual Oil & Gas accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate intensively with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams - Develop expertise in the Oil and Gas and Energy market trends - Create relevant capabilities/offerings for firm initiatives and client needs - Lead and deliver projects in collaboration with senior leadership - Guide junior team members on activities and projects related to Energy, especially Upstream O&G - Drive growth in individual Oil & Gas accounts - Engage in strategic planning and periodic reviews - Lead business development activities such as proposals **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate / BE - B. Tech in Energy/Petroleum related field, MBA or relevant Management Degree/Diploma preferred - 2-8 years of experience in the Energy industry with deep domain expertise in Oil and Gas and Upstream - Experience in data analysis and interpretation, familiarity with tools like Power BI, Petrel, Tableau, etc. - Strong understanding of Subsurface/Wells/Seismic Data and solutions to manage it - Knowledge of business value-chain, operations, and processes in renewables - Client interaction and stakeholder management experience - Business/Technology Consulting experience, preferably with a leading consulting firm - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Innovative mindset for new solutions and engagement ideas **Additional Details about EY:** EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
