About the Role:

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills: Should have the ability to communicate with the customer, handle objections & effectively communicate issues to Indian/Global clients and partners

2.⁠ ⁠Good command over routers, switches, Servers, and firewalls.

3.⁠ ⁠Willing to work on different platforms like Mikrotik, OpenWrt, Sophos, Fortigate , Juniper etc.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Communication and Knowledge of Routing, Switching. Protocols like TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, Trunk, DHCP, NAT/PAT, VPN, Proxy etc.

5.⁠ ⁠Expertise in network diagnostic tools and commands to monitor network performance and bottlenecks.

6.⁠ ⁠Hands on WLC,good commands over Wireless Protocol 802.11,802.11k and 802.11r .

7.⁠ ⁠Ready for traveling, available 24 * 7 for Support

8.⁠ ⁠Should have experience in Scripting Bash/Python.

9.⁠ ⁠Should have experience in Mikrotik Scripting.

10.⁠ ⁠Should have experience of Service Proiver / Enterprise Networks.

--Excellent Communication Skills:

• Ability to interact with clients and partners globally.
• Confident in handling objections and clearly explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

--Strong Knowledge of Networking Hardware:

• Proficient with routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.

--Multi-Platform Experience:

• Willingness to work on platforms such as Mikrotik, OpenWrt, Sophos, FortiGate, Juniper, etc.

--Networking Fundamentals:

• In-depth understanding of communication protocols and networking concepts:
• TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, Trunking, DHCP, NAT/PAT, VPNs, Proxy, etc.

--Network Diagnostic Expertise:

• Proficient in using tools and commands to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network performance and bottlenecks.

--Wireless Networking:

• Hands-on experience with Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
• Strong knowledge of wireless protocols including 802.11, 802.11k, and 802.11r.

--Availability & Travel:

• Must be available for 24x7 support when required.
• Willing to travel based on project needs.

--Scripting Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages like

  Bash

  and

  Python

  .

--Mikrotik Scripting:

• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik scripting is a must.

--Industry Experience:

• Prior experience working in

  Service Provider

  or

  Enterprise Network

  environments.
