Job Summary:

Network Engineer (L2/L3)

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
L2/L3 network devices
including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement and manage
Palo Alto firewalls
, ensuring proper security policies, NAT, VPNs, and threat prevention.
Design, deploy, and support
SD-WAN solutions
for branch connectivity and traffic optimization.
Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability of critical services.
Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network-related projects and incident resolution.
Maintain
network documentation
, diagrams, and SOPs for operational efficiency.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated network issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience
as a Network Engineer (L2/L3) in enterprise networks.
Strong hands-on experience with
Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet / Palo Alto
network devices.
Expertise in
Routing & Switching protocols
: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, etc.
Hands-on experience with
Palo Alto firewall configuration, VPNs, NAT, and security policies
.
Experience with
SD-WAN solutions
(Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, or VMware VeloCloud).
Strong troubleshooting skills for network, firewall, and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of
network monitoring tools
(SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.) is a plus.
Relevant certifications like
CCNP / PCNSE / SD-WAN certs
are desirable.

Hyderabad
