Senior Network Automation Engineer

Role Overview: Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation, providing IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks through automation. As a Senior Network Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will work with a global team to implement innovative network automation solutions using NetBrain's unique automation platform. Your role will focus on automating network operations and troubleshooting to achieve true end-to-end network automation for large enterprises and service providers. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the evolution of automated Network Operations for global Enterprises and MSPs - Lead customers in identifying high-impact automation targets through analysis of ITSM data - Analyze network technologies and design documents to create automation solutions - Train customer engineers in automation knowledge on the NetBrain platform - Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks using NetBrain's automation capabilities - Engage with vendor partnerships and public domain knowledge to create automation content - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Required: - Degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience, preferably in a partner/post-sales services or consultant role - 8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles - Solid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams - Strong attention to detail and quality, committed to delivering reliable and efficient solutions - Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills Please note that NetBrain conducts holistic, individual background reviews in support of all hiring decisions.
