Senior Network Automation Engineer

As a Senior Network Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will play a crucial role in automating network operations and troubleshooting processes using NetBrain's unique automation platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs - Leading customers in identifying high-impact automation targets through analysis of ITSM data - Analyzing customer's network technologies and designing automation solutions - Training and developing customer engineers with automation knowledge on the NetBrain platform - Architecting and creating automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain's automation capabilities - Engaging with vendor partnerships and researching public domain knowledge to create automation content - Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications required for this role include: - A degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience in partner/post-sales services or consultant role - 8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles - Solid understanding of common network tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis, etc. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to implement effective solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable and efficient solutions - Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills NetBrain is a leader in no-code network automation, providing IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks through automation.
