Senior Network Administrator

As a Senior Network Administrator at our Gift City, Gandhinagar office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of project activities and milestones within specified timelines. Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in fostering effective interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing detailed documentation to the IT Operations team and implementing networking solutions as per project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating Move, Add, and Change operations in collaboration with clients and the IT operations team. Regular coordination with the IT COE Manager, Special Projects Manager, and other relevant stakeholders will be essential for technical updates, issue resolution, and project progress tracking. Adherence to approved designs and TIP standards, including Change Management Request documentation, will be a priority in your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in network troubleshooting and demonstrate a strong grasp of routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud computing concepts. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls is a must, and holding certifications such as CCNA or CCNP would be advantageous. Your troubleshooting and analytical skills will be put to the test in resolving escalated issues and supporting ongoing projects within the IT Network Operations team. Your availability to work during holidays, weekends, and night shifts, if required, highlights your commitment to addressing critical issues promptly.
