About the Role: We're looking for a talented and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable backend systems and APIs using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ship high-quality features. Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
Build and maintain integration with databases like SQL Server and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and coverage.
Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Document APIs and contribute to architecture decisions.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–8 years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET (Core).
Proficient in building REST APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server.
Familiarity with ORMs like Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience with Git and branching strategies.
Understanding of CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (basic level at minimum).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with frontend tech (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
Exposure to domain-driven design or clean architecture.
