The candidate will support on BI team’s BAU reports and adhoc requirement.
The candidate will also be part of stake holder meetings understanding the requirement and produce reports on his own.
Work Experience: 5+ years in a Contact Centre (Preference for candidates with knowledge in Banking Processes and Contact Centre operations)
Skills Required: VBA, Advanced Excel, BI Tools, Power Pivot, Power Query
Work Model: Work from Office / Client Location
Annual CTC: Rs.6 LPA – Rs.7 LPA
