Senior Microsoft Power BI Specialist (5+ Years Experience)

Pupa Clic is looking for a Senior Microsoft Power BI Specialist to join our growing analytics team.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy complex Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, SQL, and end-to-end BI report development, and a proven track record of creating high-impact, data-driven visualizations connected to live databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect Power BI to various databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc.) and manage data refresh pipelines.
• Create optimized DAX queries and measures to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance, visualization standards, and security.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong command over DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced Excel functions.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database schemas.
• Experience with database connections, APIs, and real-time reporting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
