Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver quality software
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
• Handle client communication and project updates (especially for international clients)
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in MERN Stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and Express.js
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and version control systems
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is a plus
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure)
• Experience handling international client projects
