Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. MERN-Stack Developer to join our growing team in Surat. As a candidate, you should have extensive experience in JavaScript (both client & server-side), MySQL/PostgreSQL, and leading development teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, writing efficient code, and ensuring the quality of delivered projects. You will be actively involved in understanding client requirements and functional specifications. Your main focus will be on writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Proficiency with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial is expected. Maintaining high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables is crucial. Adhering to industry best practices and contributing to internal coding standards is a key part of the role. A strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, is required. You should possess a deep understanding of React.js, Node.js, and their core principles. Collaboration with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects is essential. Identifying and resolving complex issues with the development team and providing technical expertise and guidance are also part of the responsibilities. Creating a collaborative work environment and being an effective team player is important. Ensuring that quality projects are delivered within defined timelines is a priority.
