Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and expanding modern applications with a strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in NestJS, ReactJS, microservices, and cloud deployment, coupled with a fervor for constructing resilient, scalable, and high-performing systems. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable applications utilizing NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and ReactJS. You will be tasked with architecting and executing microservices-based solutions to enhance performance and scalability. Additionally, you will take the lead on backend scaling efforts for applications and databases, oversee end-to-end deployments on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable releases, and craft clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on TypeScript best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including frontend, product, and DevOps will be essential to delivering top-notch solutions. Moreover, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to the establishment of best practices and code standards. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of professional development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with NestJS, 4+ years of experience with ReactJS, and proven expertise in scaling backends and databases for high-traffic systems. A solid understanding of microservices architecture, hands-on experience with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and a strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices are also required. An excellent command of TypeScript with a focus on strong coding ethics is essential. Desirable qualifications include experience with GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ, exposure to containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.,
