Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and technical architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies within the team.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Drive innovation and suggest improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma for efficient and structured database interaction.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and web development principles.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs, and microservices, and integrating third-party services.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
