We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack MERN Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-growing development team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in the MERN stack, MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance digital products and deliver end-to-end technical solutions across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

Technical Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, technical specifications, and project roadmaps.
Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure software design principles are implemented effectively.

UI/UX Implementation

Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
Ensure consistent UI standards and accessibility compliance across platforms.

Code Quality & Standards

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote continuous improvement.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.

Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and front-end rendering performance.

Troubleshooting & Debugging

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Ensure application stability, reliability, and high availability in production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with modern front-end tools (Webpack, Babel, Redux, or Context API).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
Proven experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
