Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchant located in Noida. The Senior Merchant will be responsible for overseeing product development, managing client relationships, coordinating with production teams, ensuring quality control, and handling global distribution. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring that production timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Development and Quality Control
• Strong Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Supplier Negotiation
• Budget Management and Production Coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field
• Experience in the garment industry is a plus
• 4+ years of experience
