Senior Merchandiser

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising and sourcing process for consumer products.
  
• Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to optimize product margins.
  
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for seamless order execution.
  
• Maintain long-term vendor relationships and manage multiple sourcing channels.
  
• Track sales performance and inventory to plan future buying strategies.
  
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards across categories.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  
• 68 years of experience in

  merchandising or sourcing (consumer products / lifestyle / home / FMCG preferred)

  .
• Strong pricing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel and data-based decision-making.
