We at Talent Corner Hr Services are having an exciting opportunity for one of our client (manufacturer of luxury embroideries for international brands) in Mumbai: Job responsibilities: Effectively manage and train the team on all accessible training processes that results in consistent visual standards and execution to respond efficiently to the needs of the client’s portfolio. Communicate on a daily basis with the clients and ensure the best output with the finest quality while adhering to the deadlines. Propose new samples on a regular basis, create swatches and pieces to be presented to your management line and clients. Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to Fabrics, Colours, Shapes, etc. Research innovative artwork, techniques for embroideries. Visit manufacturers, suppliers, markets, etc. for new material sourcing, required for the production of new designs. Experience: A degree pertaining to Fashion Industry preferably into Designing or Merchandising from a well-known fashion institute. Prior work experience in the fashion industry, (Luxury or/and Embroidery). Good knowledge and understanding of the requirements of international corporate clients. Skills: Creativity: Be strong in the embroidery creative process and craft to bring new ideas/designs. Computer skills: Be an expert of the latest software and computer design programs. International sensitivity & communication: speak fluent Hindi and English, French/Italian is a plus.
