About the Role

Senior MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC) for high-rise residential projects.
  
• Review design drawings, GFC drawings, MEP coordination drawings, and ensure accurate execution at site.
  
• Lead MEP planning, installation, testing & commissioning activities as per project timelines.
  
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, project managers, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution.
  
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to standards.
  
• Identify design discrepancies, raise RFIs, and ensure timely resolution with consultants.
  
• Monitor contractor progress, verify work measurements, and support in billing and BOQ verification.
  
• Ensure compliance with local codes, IS standards, and statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.
  
• Manage vendor/contractor meetings and track execution milestones.
  
• Drive MEP resource planning and ensure timely material procurement.
  
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  
• 710 years of experience in

  High-Rise Residential Projects

  .
• Strong exposure to

  MIVAN

  construction is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
  
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely execution.
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project monitoring tools.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Traits

• Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of

• Experience working with Project Management Consultancies (PMC).
  
• Knowledge of Bangalore building rules and local regulations.
