Job Description

We are hiring Senior Engineer MEP for High rise rsidietail project in Pune ,

Position - SR. Engineer - MEP

Purpose of the role

Coordinate with Supervisor & contractor to achieve planned quantity & building Maintenance work
Coordinate with execution Team, Architect, consultant and other Agencies.
Review plans and specifications according to the plan, & Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver the project.

Key Responsibilities

Site supervision and checking all plumbing and firefighting works.
Coordination with store & purchase department for material procurement.
Coordination with consultant and architect for GFC Dwgs.
Manage the day to day work of the plumbing & firefighting team.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on deadlines.
Good team player with sound ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
Handling of all drawings and maintaining drawing register.
Preparation of Labor & Subcontractors bills.
Maintaining DPR & WPR Sending To Project Manager
Review the Contractors installation method statements

11 Plumbing and firefighting Estimation, Costing & Budgeting

12 Manpower Management

13 Maintaining Check list and bills.
