Are you a results driven MEP Engineer with deep technical knowledge and strong leadership in residential construction? Join a forward-thinking project team driving excellence in design, execution, and delivery.
10-15 years of proven experience in MEP works for residential highrise / midrise projects
Review and approve designs, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
Strong knowledge of international and local MEP codes and safety regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project / Primavera, and related software tools
Strong understanding of HVAC design, electrical load calculations, plumbing & firefighting systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skillsExperience liaising with consultants, contractors, and authorities
