Are you a seasoned architecture and design professional with a passion for ensuring project excellence from concept to completion?
We are looking for a dynamic Head - Design & Compliance to lead and coordinate our design processes, ensuring all projects align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with design intent, building codes, and project specifications.
Facilitating smooth communication between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in design coordination and project management.
Proficient in CAD and familiar with BIM software
Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
