About the Role

Senior MEP BIM Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage modeling tasks with a clear understanding of project procedures and requirements.
• Produce accurate and high-quality BIM models and drawings in line with client expectations and agreed deadlines.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, including international counterparts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Attend coordination and technical review meetings with project leads and engineers.
• Lead and support BIM execution, model management, and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant piping codes, standards, and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise Required

• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Capability to generate detailed drawings from limited engineering input.
• Solid understanding of MEPF systems and Support Engineering.
• Experience with Dynamo scripting and COBie data workflows is necessary.

• Knowledge of Bentley OpenPlant Modeler (OPM)

  or

  Civil 3D

  is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in BIM for MEP.
• B.tech/B.E - Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering 8 - 12 years of relevant work exp.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
