Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote company products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to generate prescriptions and sales.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key medical stakeholders.
Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely product availability and follow-up on orders/collections.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good product knowledge and willingness to learn.
Ability to build rapport with doctors and medical staff.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in
Pharmacy, Life Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology
, or related fields.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong passion for sales in the medical field may also apply.
