Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve sales targets and expand product presence in assigned territory. Build strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to drive business growth. Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance metrics such as call frequency, coverage rate, and sales volume. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products within existing accounts. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field with a focus on B2C/BDM roles. Strong understanding of pharma selling principles and practices; knowledge of medical rep activities preferred. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals at all levels.
