We're looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who can strategize, execute, and scale high-converting campaigns. If you're obsessed with ROAS, funnels, and optimization this one’s for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with design/content teams for compelling ad creatives
• Track campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPA, and conversions
• Build and refine landing pages and lead funnels
• Analyze data and generate actionable reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and audience targeting
• Familiarity with landing page tools and lead capture systems
• Bonus: Experience working with premium/luxury or design-first brands

Salary:

• ₹40,000/month (3-month probation)
