About the Role:

Senior Marketing Manager,

Key Responsibilities:

- Run sprint-based campaigns to meet urgent hiring needs (e.g., '30 Kannada reps by June 20')

2. Brand Leadership & Content Strategy:

- Own and scale NxtWaves brand positioning in vernacular markets, taking it to the next level

through trust-building, creator storytelling, and consistent content narratives.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all channels (paid,

influencer, campus).

3. SEO + Organic Funnels:

- Lead SEO for vernacular job-related searches (e.g., '15K job in Telugu')- Build and optimize landing pages and content clusters focused on regional aspirants.

4. Influencer & Community Marketing:

- Identify and manage regional micro-influencers (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram admins)- Run referral-driven and meme-based campaigns targeting job-seeking youth.

Campus & Field Activation:

- Lead offline drives via colleges, job fairs, ITIs, and walk-in events in regional belts- Manage event-to-funnel conversions (e.g., 100 walk-ins -> 60 TI -> 30 R1).

Agency & Vendor Coordination:

- Collaborate with regional sourcing agencies and consultants- Set up and monitor performance-based contracts with clear SLAs.

Funnel Analytics & Ops:

- Track funnel health across region x language x channel- Run daily optimizations and drop-off recovery campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, or regional growth.
  • marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in vernacular campaigns across platforms.
  • Demonstrated brand-building capability in regional or multi-language markets- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing influencer/content vendors and agency relationships.
  • Excellent data skills and a deep understanding of regional customer behavior.
  • Ability to think long-term and scale high-performing campaigns across new geographies and languages.
  • Preferred: background in hiring, education, or career-focused products

Work Location:

Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from office preferred)
