We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager (or Marketing Lead) to spearhead EDMO s end-to-end marketing function. You will be responsible for building and executing our marketing strategy across content, digital, events, and demand generation, while shaping EDMO s brand in the global EdTech ecosystem. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, loves storytelling, and can balance both strategic vision and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute EDMO s integrated marketing strategy aligned with sales and business objectives.
- Own positioning, messaging, and brand strategy for EDMO across higher ed and AI/EdTech markets.
- Manage internal marketing team and partners.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive content creation (blogs, case studies, podcasts, newsletters, whitepapers, videos).
- Build EDMO s voice in the market through SEO-rich storytelling, LinkedIn thought leadership, and PR.
- Collaborate with leadership on event collateral (RFP decks, one-pagers, brochures, campaign assets).
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, LinkedIn, webinars, events).
- Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and analytics to improve pipeline velocity.
- Partner with Sales for ABM campaigns targeting CIOs, CTOs, and enrollment leaders.
Events & Partnerships
- Manage EDMO s presence at major conferences (EDUCAUSE, AACRAO, ASU+GSV, NAFSA, Dreamforce, SLATE Summit).
- Organize executive events (breakfasts, fireside chats, roundtables with higher ed leaders).
- Build PR opportunities through partnerships with Salesforce, Google, and industry media.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs (lead gen, MQLs, CAC, ROI) and deliver data-backed insights.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns for higher impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in EdTech, AI, or CRM-based products.
- Proven track record of demand generation, content marketing, and brand building.
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Event marketing experience with higher education or SaaS leadership events is a strong plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics and optimize strategy.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a scaling startup environment.
- Ability to use AI to solve day to day chores.
