Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Leader located in Chennai. The Senior Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing digital marketing efforts, managing the marketing team, and analyzing market trends and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth, managing budgets, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends
• Digital Marketing skills including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in managing a marketing team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the retail or eyewear industry is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
