Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution

  : Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and events) to promote brand awareness and sales.

• Content Creation

  : Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relatable content for pet parents across social media, blogs, email, and product descriptions.

• Market Research

  : Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights with a special focus on pet parent needs.

• Event Management

  : Coordinate pet-related events, workshops, and brand activations to drive engagement.

• Partnership Development

  : Build relationships with influencers, pet communities, and veterinary professionals to expand brand reach.

• Performance Tracking

  : Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.

• Product Feedback Loop

  : Share first-hand pet parent experiences and feedback to improve product offerings and positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the pet care, FMCG, or lifestyle sector.

• Must be a pet parent

  (dog, cat, or other pets) with genuine understanding of pet care needs.
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
