If you have a strong steel product manufacturing background and are skilled in operations, production, and factory management, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage manufacturing process. • Lead and mentor the production team. • Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and social standards. • Collaborate with departments, including supply chain and quality control, to maintain a smooth production flow and meet our high standards of craftsmanship. • Drive innovation in manufacturing processes, particularly in forging, heat treatment, casting, and fitting. • Manage production schedules and timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role. • Strong engineering background, preferably in steel products manufacturing. • Expertise in key manufacturing processes, including forging, heat treatment, casting, and fitting.
