F&B Brand & Operations Manager/ Consultant

• Lead

  end-to-end product launch

  – packaging, branding, labeling compliance (FSSAI).
• Build and execute our

  Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy

  for both

  online (Amazon, BigBasket, Blinkit, D2C website)

  and

  offline (modern trade, retail, distributors)

  .
• Set up and manage

  supply chain & co-packers

  .
• Drive

  sales partnerships & distribution network

  across general trade, modern trade, and institutional buyers.
• Work closely with founders on

  marketing, positioning, and customer acquisition

  .
• Track competition, pricing, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.

• 3–8 years of experience

  in FMCG/F&B sector (snacks, packaged foods, or beverages preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  FSSAI compliance, labelling, and packaging norms

  .
• Prior experience launching/handling

  D2C food brands

  is a big plus.
• Network of

  distributors/retailers

  in the healthy snacking or natural foods category.
• Startup mindset – hands-on, resourceful, comfortable working with limited resources.

• Be part of building a

  new FMCG brand from scratch

  in the fast-growing healthy snacking market.
• High ownership role – you’ll shape the brand identity, distribution, and growth path.
• Flexible structure – option to start as a

  consultant/advisor

  if you prefer, with the opportunity to move into a

  core leadership role
