Job Description

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure
Monthly intercompany billing and balances
Annual audits - Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP
Tax audits, TP audits for India entity
Transfer pricing compliances for group entities
Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances
Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls
Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption
ESOP valuations, cost and compliances
Oversee Investor reporting Managing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: CA qualified candidates
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing
Skills
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
