Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established ESH requirements to ensure the protection of associates, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to provide technical and programmatic guidance, project management, consultative services, and innovative solutions. Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact. Project management certification or willingness to obtain this soon. Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team. 30%-40% Travel Candidate should be flexible to be deputed at anywhere in North-East India for short long terms.
