Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage plant-level finance operations, cost monitoring, and process efficiency.
Partner with production teams for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with business heads.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Ensure timely finalization of accounts, audits, and statutory compliance (Ind AS).
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and coordination with auditors and consultants.
Oversee Accounts Payable, vendor management, and strengthen internal controls.

Required Skills & Competencies:

CA/CMA with experience in manufacturing finance.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and taxation laws.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced Excel.
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
